Elizabeth is Monte’s assistant and marketing manager. She manages his website and his Facebook page, helps him write blog posts and distribute information to his clients, and is your point of contact when he is out of the office. With her unique marketing experience, she helps find traditional and non-traditional ways to help his clients buy and sell homes.
Josh is the Graphics Administrator for Long & Foster Innsbrook Sales. He is responsible for designing all of the pieces that will be used to market your home both electronically and via print. These materials will be distributed to all the areas surrounding your home and throughout the web. He also manages the office’s various technology assets, which keeps your files safe and secure.
Jonnie is our Transaction Coordinator. She oversees the contract process from the beginning to end, starting with enterting the listing into the MLS, through to reviewing the final HUD statement for accuracy to ensure a seamless transaction. She sets up all showings for the office and communicates with you to find the times that are convenient to show your home.
Pam is the Office Services Assistant. Pam handles all incoming contracts by creating the official file, reviewing all paperwork and communicating the contract to all parties including buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders and relocation departments.
